Its been quite sometime since I last updated my blog. Well, here I am again. Been abit busy and lazy lately, gotta apologize for not updating my blog that frequently and totally abandoning the “Song of The Week” thingy. I’m surprise that the SoTW thingy lasted quite long.

Another reason that I havent been updating the blog is because I have nothing to blog about. Well, for starters, here is a food for thought. Do you believe in fate and in destiny? That some people are destined to do great things while others are destined to live a simple life. I know this may sound like a punchline from movies and tv series, but recently I’ve been thinking about it quite often. I myself, used to think that its all bullshit until recently, a certain change of events has changed my mind. Now, I do believe in fate. Why, you ask. I have my reasons, perhaps I’ll share it with you here some time in the future. But not right now .

Now thats the most serious thing I’ve ever posted in my blog. Felt abit spiritual as well haha . Oh by the way, I just bought a PS3 not long ago. Been busy playing games with it every night, may be I’ll post something about it later, but right now, it’s game time .

I’ve always been a big fan of snipers, every FPS I’ve played, the weapon of choice for me is always the sniper. Guess you can say I’m pretty much a camper, and I don’t deny it. I can stay at one spot sniping there for the whole day without any problem. Its not easy being a camper, you must have a good patience .

Well, enough of this camper talk, lets get to the good stuff . Few days ago I ordered a sniper and it arrived at my doorstep yesterday. This will probably be my last model for many years to come. Alright, the gun model is WELL L96A1 – MB01E, in other words, its an AW (Arctic Warfare) sniper rifle. This baby shoots for 420++ fps and can travel up to 30m.

It comes with a bipod, cool eh

It works like the real thing, it uses bolt-action to load the bb into the barrel.

It also has a safety lever.

I won’t call myself a gun nut, but I won’t deny the fact that I’m very interested in guns. Don’t know when it started, but I have this dream that one day, I will have a room which looks like this.

Well not exactly like that, but you get the idea . But unfortunately, due to the law here, you can’t get it from shops because it’s illegal to sell these here. When I learnt about this, I was kinda dissappointed and I was forced to give up this dream.

But, few weeks back, I managed to find a trustable supplier and eventually bought a gun from him. Now, I’m 1 step closer from fulfilling my dream . The model I got from him was the SIG SAUER P226 handgun.

Its full metal(stainless steel) + plastic grip and it weights around 1kg and has a gas blowback feature. It is semi-automatic and can hold 25 BBs in 1 magazine. It shoots with a velocity of 290 fps (feet per second) with 0.2g BBs.

It’s pretty cool that you can dismantle the gun like the above image. It is possible to further dismantle it, but I’m afraid I wouldnt know how to put it back together . So this is the best I could do for now.

More to come in the future. I already have my eyes on another model, still deciding whether I should get it now or not. Most probably the next model you’ll see here will be this.

Yeap !! The AWP haha

Introducing the first DLC for Borderlands. It’s pretty much like Left 4 Dead with a bunch of zombies to kill, but still, who can resist the temptation to smash zombies up .

The DLC is released on 24 November for Xbox and as for the pc, the release date is still yet to be decided .
